Services can be tailored to specific workplaces and include Tool-Box Talks, Health Awareness seminars, Men's and Women's Health Screening Clinics and Skin Cancer Checks.

Healthy Lifestyle Challenges include Hydration Compliance, Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss.

Planning and facilitation of site customised group exercise, ERT fitness training and Fitness Boot-camps are also available. 

Wellness programs also assist with smoking cessation and weight loss, as well as providing customised group exercise planning and facilitation, ERT Fitness Training and on-site physio and massage therapy.
